Gawler: I want all local first teamers training/Complete wipe-out at the weekend

Tony Gawler: “We can only improve if we work together”

Tony Gawler salutes his fans

Saturday first team coach Tony Gawler is appealing to all locally-based Green players to keep in top condition during the big freeze. Speaking this morning after another weekend ruined by ground conditions Gawler, who is overseeing matters while manager Dave Smith has work commitments, wants all the lads training on Tuesday night: ”Let’s hope the 3G is good for Tuesday, I would expect all first team players that are local to attend. We can only improve if we all work together.”

Well, what a fun weekend that was, not a ball kicked across Kent! Nothing we can do about the weather but let’s hope all our clubs are back in action soon.

Tonight: Executive meet 6pm with managers, assistants and coaches joining at 7.30pm

Training on Tuesday: please take it that training is on unless you are informed differently on this website or you receive a message from your team manager
