Juniors Tournament 2012: a splendid team effort

Following last week’s disappointment of having to postpone the Juniors Tournament, the weather at last resembled mid Summer on Sunday and a terrific display of skill and endeavour entertained the spectators from early morning through until late afternoon. Thanks go to everyone, including the referees, for showing once again that when football lovers work together the sky is the limit. Paul Carter has provided some marvellous photos as always and here are a few depicting the Green’s dramatic U16 final penalty shoot-out win over Market. More images to follow later.
