Successful Sunday for Valiants at Rainham/U14s beat Folkestone Invicta/Draw for U18s at Eastry

Brief round-up of a busy Sunday
A goal by Karl Levett earned the Green U18s a point from a 1-1 draw at Eastry against Woodnesborough. The Borough are always a tough test away and a point keeps Dave Andrews’s charges well on target to claim runners-up spot with five games remaining. Solid display by all the boys with Tom Messenger earning special praise for his non-stop running.

U14s turn the tables on seasiders
A deserved victory for the U14s, sponsored by D Harkness Bathrooms, who hosted Folkestone Invicta. After narrowly losing last week, the Green bounced back with scores from Callum O’Neill and skipper Ollie Heard. Ryan Harris took the Player of the Match accolade
