Broadstairs Youth FC has folded all its teams which means the Baypoint Cup is cancelled as there will be no Youth Football Club to raise funds for. I have been asked by their club secretary to apologise on their behalf and hope you understand.

Message from Grant: can we please keep it like this

A big thank you to all those who helped with the Tournament weekend … fantastic effort and a special mention for our youngsters who did a multitude of jobs, including refereeing!

Brendan, one of six young Green players that did a superb job at the Tournament

Action from the Under 9s

Rob and the U9s on Saturday

Under 14s report from Rob

The boys played some great football on Sunday getting off to a flying start with a 2-0 win with goals from Conan and Ilja but came up against some tough opposition in the next game when Brendan headed home Conan’s cross. I thought we had the points in the bag but the boys conceded late in the game 1-1. The next game we was defeated by a strong Dover side and a draw against Dover Colts put us in a qualifying position but other results meant we needed to win the last game but went down 2-1 so unfortunately didn’t make it through. Player of the tournament today goes to Brendan for some great passing and a wonderful headed goal .
Regards Rob

Charlie who had a great weekend, both playing and refereeing
