Action from the U15s

The U15s who ended up on the wrong end of a nine-goal thriller at Rye

Report from Mark Fuller at Rye Bay
Today we travelled to rye bay which was a first v’s second game, which didn’t dissapoint. The game started off with neither side controlling the game, eventually rye scored from a mistake by are defence. But we gathered ourselves and took control of the game, Kai got us back in the game with a great strike, followed by another fantastic battling goal by Kai and we began to dominate creating a few chances. So 2-1 at half time to us. The second half we just didn’t turn up for the first half hour conceding silly goals going 5-2 down, but we dug deep and battled back firstly through a scrappy corner which Charlie got on the end of, followed by a screamer free kick from Jordan. We were knocking on the door for the last 5 minutes but to no avail.we  Just run out of time. Unlucky boys stop the mistakes and I can’t see a better  team than us. Mark Fuller. Man of the match: Kai.
