Under 11s report from Grant Turner at the Faversham Event

Great experience for the U11s at Faversham today

A deserved McDonalds PoT voucher for Dexter

Under 11s went to Faversham tournament and found themselves in a strong group. The team tried very hard in the 4 games we played. We lost 3 games and won 1. But the 2 of the games we lost were by 1-0 and were very close games. The top 2 teams who were in a different class and were scoring goals for fun against the other teams putting at least 4 goals past them but we restricted them to 1 nil and 2 nil making them really work.

The 2 best players winning the awards today are Jamie for the amount of saves he made today and Dexter for his constant running tackling and passing. Well done to them and all the boys including Tom who scored our goal in the game which we won.
