Happy birthday Sunday to Emma Land!
Superb entertainment as Green draw 2-2 at Iwade – report below

2-2 what a game! Timmy reports from Iwade
We travelled to Sittingbourne and played a good North Kent League side. Aidan put us one-up but Iwade levelled and then took the lead. But we were outstanding from this point on and pulled level again through Aidan. We could have won with two great strikes from Kieran while keeper Arilas made some terrific saves. Timmy made some great tackles to keep the scores level and then again we could have notched a couple more with some great passing from Ben. Brilliant from all of the team and thanks to our pleasant hosts … proud of you all!

Today: U9s at Crystal Palace Tournament; U14s at the Camber Championship; U11s away to Iwade Herons (meet club by 8.45am). Training for the Bromley Green Valiants this morning as per the schedule.

Great game at Appledore – report from Rob Finn on next year’s McDonalds U12s

Rob Finn reports on the Appledore friendly
Today we travelled to Appledore to play a team we never played before it was a very good game with both teams contributing to some great football we took and early lead through Sam slotting home from a corner and five minutes later he made it 2 when he got on the end of Thomas’s through ball but Appledore came back at us scoring 2 good goals 2-2 that fired the boys up and Thomas put us 2-3 up with a great finish from outside the box then just before the break Sam grabbed his 3rd with a superb finish from a tight angle HT 2-4 second half the boys were caught napping at the back and Appledore punished with a great finish 3-4 game on Thomas Preston Alfie and Daniel all went close but were denied by the keeper but the 5 th goal came midway through the half when Daniels deflected shot crept into the net 3-5 which was to be the final score well done to all that took part today McDonalds PoTM went to Sam for his work rate and 3 goals Regards Rob
