Updates tonight on today’s action …
Weather permitting, we are in for a real football fest this weekend with our two first teams staging important matches at Waterside. Leaders Fountain Inn visit on Saturday for a 2.45pm kick-off while on Sunday old Kent Cup rivals SIMLA are here for a second round Kent Sunday Premier Cup tie (10.30am kick-off). If the weather is really naughty, pitch inspector Shane Cowley will make an early decision both days.
Sunday U12s Pirtek home to Faversham Strike Force Lightning (meet 1pm) in the EKYL
Charlie Ward, Harvey Prior, Josh Bailey, Harrison Petken, Henry Barnes, Ben Hatcher, Preston Webb, Kieran Branch, Thomas Hawkins, Rieyaan Nuanko, Amin Mawloud, Abdelrahman Hellah, Elizabeth Monday, Kris Kostov. Away is William Spiers and injured is Liam Monk. Probably our hardest test to date; but we are learning quickly and grabbing two wins from our first three league matches can’t be bad! All on time please by 1pm.
Happy birthday to young Phil ‘Pip’ Castle on Friday!
