Match Reports

As more reports come through the site will be updated, but below are those received so far:

BG U14s played Wye today, the game was very open with both teams trying to attack. There was some nice passing from both teams. At half time it was 3-nil to Wye.

The second half continued to be open with BG pushing forward more to try and get a goal, this left us open on the counter attack. Jamie made several good saves but the final score was 7-nil to Wye.

Opposition player of the match went to Kayci and Manager’s player went to Xander.

This was our last game in the league this season and I want to thank all the players and parents for their support and to Steve S. We will continue to train and improve ready for the new season which is only 3 months away. We have several tournaments coming up in July and I will be looking to arrange some friendlies around those tournaments. Thank you everyone see you all soon at the new club house.

U9 Global

The Global team were in actin away to Tenterden Tigers, in a game that the Global team were strong, showing great teamwork and sl=kill to complete another great game.

U9 Global Squad

U9 Dream Team

Report for away game

So Dream Team, started a little slow and needed until 10mins to get going.

By this point we were chasing the game as Staplehurst were getting them extra little turn overs and winning the 50/50s.

In 2nd half it started to open up and become a more flowing game with chances being missed and very good goal keeping.

Positives to take as we march to the end of the season against two strong teams.
