Reserves win again … PoM Chris Boxshall

From Chris Barker at Ulcombe
The U13s travelled to Headcorn with their new kit proudly sponsored by Greenwood Walsh Services. We ended up with a tightly fought contest resulting in a 3-3 draw. On target were Tony and Ben (2). PoM went to Isaac. Apologies for the murky photo.

Santer comes early as Green storm back to win table-topper
A stunning hat-trick from Player of the Match Jacob Santer spurred the Skoda Caffyns U16s to a 4-2 victory at Waterside after training 2-0. Ollie Batkin completed the tally. Keep it going boys!

Marc Collins reports from Dover
We travelled down to Dover today with a full squad buzzing to get back at it after last weeks postponed match.
We were attacking uphill against the wind 1st half, which we knew would be difficult but after a few minutes we settled down and started playing our quick 2-touch football that has been improving week by week. Bubba was a constant threat down the right with skipper Daniel V starting off many attacks from the middle of the park with great awareness, switching the play regularly.
It was Daniel and Bubba along with Kai that were involved in a superb move down the right that ended in Kai being so unlucky not to finish at the back stick .
We had to be really alert at the back with Dover dangerous on the break with the wind in their favour; but Noah, Kuba and particularly Kobi – who was solid in everything he done .
After a goalless 1st half, we dominated from the off and were soon 3-0 up with the in-form Roman grabbing a brace and Kai getting a deserved goal. All 3 goals set up by the forever hard working Brad whose unselfishness has to be applauded how he laid the ball off for each goal perfectly – instead of going for goal himself . Daniel V, who was so unlucky not to get on the scoresheet today, saw a shot saved by the impressive Dover keeper only for Bubba to be on hand on the rebound to get the goal she deserved. This was shortly followed by a typical Brad finish to get himself on the scoresheet once again .
Dexter, George and Charlie all played their part in a battling midfield in tricky conditions and a shout out for Cooper who was mainly a spectator for most the game, struggling to keep warm and coming out onto the pitch for the last two mins and certainly not looking out of place creating 2 chances
Another great team performance by this talented group of players.
POTM: Kobi. Great strong defensive display and also carried the ball out from the back superbly. Well done Kobi 👍🏼

Terrific entertainment from U11 Avery Builders
Really good battling performance today against a good Kennington Colts team. Not the easiest conditions but all battled to the end to finish with a fair result for both sides. Some good performances all round but congratulations to Tyler for his POTM performance.
