On Saturday we welcomed St Margaret’s who we found to be a much improved side than the one we played earlier in the season.
We started well , getting a lot of joy down the flanks with Bubba and Kai In top form creating plenty of openings but were denied by the woodwork on 4 occasions in the opening 15 minutes.
It was George who finally broke the deadlock finishing well at the back post after good work from Roman down the right. 2 typical Brad goals and a stylish front post volley from captain Daniel V put the game to bed in the 2nd half with Bubba creating all 3 goals after some superb wing play.
Despite the Green dominating the game, the visitors never gave up and made things difficult for us throughout the game and netted a consolation goal on the break which they probably deserved with the effort they put In.
Some great football played by the kids in large spells of the game which was enjoyable to watch . Kobi and Dexter having solid games, Kai with a brilliant energetic display but PoM went to Bubba who was class going forward and helping the team defensively. Well done Bubba!
