FA level 1, as well as having the level 1 talent identification and playmaker. Waiting on the FA to open level 2.
Philosophy is to instill hard work and a strong family bond within the team. A team that wants to play for eachother, a team that encourages and fights hard for eachother. A quick thinking team that encourages the players to express them selves on the pitch.
Aims for the team is to end the season as strongly as possible, to keep the consistency for the players and take the first steps into senior football together.
