Hi my name is Grant and I coach Bromley Green U14’s Skoda Caffyns.
I started coaching back in 2014 as my son’s team needed a coach.
I am a level 1 coach which I completed in 2014
My philosophyis to create an environment where children can learn to play football and enjoy themselves while being able to learn from mistakes to better themselves
My aim for the teams is to be able play the game on the floor, having confidence on the ball and to work as a team, but also be comfortable to show their own skills.

I am a FA Level 2 Outfield Coach and a FA Level 1 GK coach.
I started coaching to help my daughters side and coached that side for about 8 years before starting to help Grant with his side.
My aims are to help each player to grow within themselves as well as in a team environment
This team current plays in the Faversham and District Youth league
